We are looking for a seasoned Risk/Program Manager to join our Selling Partner Experience unit in Trustworthy Shopping Experience team in Luxembourg, Milan or Munich.
The Sr. RM will focus on streamlining our sellers' experience as they navigate compliance requirements. They will be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve the selling partner experience and eliminating defects in safety and compliance space that disrupt the selling partners’ ability to sell in our stores. This will require collaboration across various teams, gaining insights into our enforcement actions, and driving programs to improve accuracy of our decisions. The Sr. RM will also drive creation of intuitive workflows for sellers to enable compliance pre-enforcement and drive seller engagement to adopt these workflows. The ideal candidate should possess excellent business, communication, and writing skills. They should also be proficient in influencing senior stakeholders through data-driven and actionable insights and be capable of working independently in an ambiguous environment. The candidate will consult with other TSE program teams (RISC and Product Quality), business, legal, finance, and technical teams to further scale and simplify processes, develop robust mechanisms, and launch new features.
Key job responsibilities
• Providing guidance and support to selling partners on product safety compliance requirements.
• Educating business partner teams on best practices for submitting compliant product information and maintaining safety standards.
• Work with Policy, operations, business, legal and product teams to ensure that our compliance initiatives do not create an undesired friction for our selling partners.
• Partnering with operations and central teams for analyzing the metrics trend, identifying improvement opportunities and prioritizing in their roadmap
• Gathering and analyzing data on product compliance, safety incidents, and partner performance.
• Gathering and analysing data, creating insights for decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.
A day in the life
Monitor and detect any unfavorable trends in selling partner experience metrics
Handle escalations from business and other partner teams
Work with policy and operations teams to drive improvement projects
Work with international SPX team partners to share best practices
Represent SPX in partner team reviews and forums

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience developing and implementing of standards, policies and programs or equivalent
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications at an advanced level
- Experience in communicating complex thoughts clearly and succinctly in writing as well as orally during in-person discussions

- Experience building cross-functional partnerships and influencing stakeholders across the organization to act without having a direct reporting relationship
- Experience leveraging technology and implementing lean principles / Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements or equivalent
- Experience in compliance, audit or risk management
- Working knowledge of SQL
