Would you like to be part of a team focused on growing Amazon Web Services by supporting the Sales Organization? Do you have the business savvy, organization and ability to collaborate across multiple business owners to help establish Amazon Web Services as the premier cloud provider?

As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will have the exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team providing support across the sales organization. We are seeking for a Sales Operations Analyst with broad technical and business modeling skills to help analyze data and complex business data sets from disparate & disjoint data sources. As a member of this team, you will leverage strong data extraction and modeling skills to drive monthly reporting deliverables and ad-hoc business analysis. Your work will have immediate impact on accurate and timely reporting and providing financial modeling based on numerous data sets.
Your responsibilities will focus on supporting sales performance reporting, monitoring and data quality audit within AWS CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Tool. He/she should be a self-starter with exceptional organizational skills and is prepared to work in a high-volume environment, with multiple sales teams in a fast paced, ever changing environment.

He/she will be able to work with large data sets and the technical tools needed to work with them, as well as execution internal sales activities, supporting a sales department with customer territories analysis and results, as well as providing support to the sales team in other operational activities.

The ideal candidate collaborates effectively with internal end-users and the Business Intelligence team to solve problems, implement new reporting solutions, and deliver successfully against high operational standards. We look for individuals who are very comfortable working with large data sets to produce validated, accurate and impactful reporting and dashboards. The individual must have the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical business units and work with senior business stakeholders across the LATAM Sales teams to deliver insights with impact.

AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success. AWS Support also partners with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.

Key job responsibilities
- Evaluate and research various data sets to provide deep insights
- Generate ad hoc and recurring business analysis, based on the needs of the stakeholders
- Provide actionable intelligence with existing metrics or identify, develop, and propose new metrics
- Manage monthly forecast and other financial models
- Provide recommendations through ad hoc data retrieval and analysis from Excel, and other data management systems

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of Microsoft Excel experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
- Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent
- English - Advanced Level

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of finance, business management and sales operations experience
- Experience working within a high-growth, technology company
