Prime Video is disrupting traditional media with an ever-increasing selection of movies, TV shows, Emmy Award winning original content, add-on subscriptions including HBO and Showtime, and live events like Thursday Night Football. Within this expanding ecosystem, FAST (Free Ad Supported Television) or Live TV (24/7 broadcast programming) has emerged as one of our fastest-growing segments, with viewership hours increasing significantly year over year. This growth demonstrates that even in the streaming era, customers deeply value the lean-back, curated experience that FAST / Live TV provides.

It is Day 1 for the FAST Marketing team at Prime Video. We are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Marketing Manager who is strategic, creative, and can be responsible for bringing our Live TV experience to life across all customer touch points on Prime Video and beyond.

You will work across marketing teams (brand, owned marketing, creative, paid marketing, social, email, etc.) to develop go to market (GTM) strategies that drive feature awareness, adoption, and retention across on all devices. This includes working closely with our external content partners. You will also collaborate very closely with Product teams to set the roadmap to develop features that drive a best-in-class customer engagement experience in service of our vision to be the world’s most-loved linear streaming platform.

This role is highly visible and a successful candidate must be comfortable with ambiguity, earning trust with cross-functional teams and leaders, influencing up and across, and juggling multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced dynamic environment. You must have a proven track record for driving results, working autonomously to set roadmaps and goal tracking. The candidate must be a great oral and written communicator and possess high levels of judgement, independence, backbone, flexibility, and attention to detail.

Key job responsibilities
- Develop and deliver end-to-end GTM strategies and frameworks, which are scalable and repeatable across various product feature launches
- Oversee strategy, execution, and performance of cross channel marketing plans on and off Prime Video that are meant to drive awareness, adoption and engagement
- Partner with various product teams to develop product roadmaps for experimentation and feature development
- Partner closely with our external content partners
- Develop compelling GTM creative assets (video, social, email, push notifications, owned & operated) and work cross-functionally with creative designers
- Drive regular reviews of roadmap progress and results in addition to deep dives across marketing performance with leadership across marketing, content, and product. Uncover durable insights that improve program performance over time
- Build a plan around customer research to develop insights and enhanced brand positioning to stay competitive in the FAST / linear TV space
- Advocate for the optimal customer experience across all touchpoints

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 8+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
- Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
