Sr Marketing Manager, Demand Generation

We’re now seeking an experienced, collaborative and data/result driven marketing manager assisting to grow the B2B strategic segment in cross-border eCommerce. In this role, you will be responsible for marketing demand-gen planning and funnel optimization from ideation to execution for Amazon Business in multiple media channels. The ideal candidate is collaborative and highly metrics focused, can pilot and scale successful experiments quickly.
Key job responsibilities
Scheme the external-facing demand-generation plan and calendar to drive AB demand and leads by identifying effective approach base on resource arrangement;
Plan and execute the demand-gen campaign to drive qualified leads and achieve business goals.
Keep tracking performance of each digital campaign by quarterly, monthly and weekly and have the ability to dive deep the data for optimizing the lead’ journey and taking relevant action on insights gained and opportunities to grow.
Collaborate with business and MKT channel teams to align on full-funnel strategies and optimizations to drive demand into the launch pipeline.
Coordinate with other Amazon performance marketing professionals to leverage relationships, establish best practices for marketing and collaborate on a unified Amazon vision.
Partner with external creative and/or performance agencies to deliver on goals
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- 7+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners
- Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint
