HR Ops Admin, PXT
DESCRIPTION
JOB DESCRIPTION: -
• Co-ordination with Recruitment and ERC Team for maintaining accurate headcount
• Engage with employees to ensure higher morale and productivity
• Grievance Handling, Statutory Compliances and utilizing ACL mechanisms to proactively sense ER issues
• HRIS hygiene check and other HR reports including payroll
• Ensuring Contractors / Agency HC and Compliances as applicable
• Processing and auditing of Contractor Services and Invoices at regional level.
• Driving engagement activities including but not limited to Birthday celebration, CSR activities , weekly engagement fun activities, Reward & Recognition or any other events to be organized for associate experience.
• Vendor management and cafeteria management

About the team
The incumbent will be part of Site HR Team for one of the largest Sort center in the ATS network
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- High school or equivalent
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in human resources
