The DSP team designs creative solutions and leads significant change that shapes our last-mile delivery strategy.
Our DSP Program Managers work on an array of different initiatives, such as the implementation and management of our new delivery fleet in the EU, electrifying vans on our last-mile operation, empowering entrepreneurs to start their own delivery companies, and negotiating with external providers in order to implement value-added services.
Our managers also own the relationship with our last-mile transportation providers, working alongside our operational and wider business stakeholders, to ensure we keep delighting our customers!
