We are looking for a Senior Business Development manager who will be responsible for sourcing, vetting and securing Delivery Service Partners (DSPs).
The program gives entrepreneurs an opportunity to develop a successful package delivery business with low startup costs and access to Amazon's technology and logistics experience. This role supports the EU operation and requires the availability to travel based on business need.

• End to end ownership of DE DSP recruitment and vetting
• Launch programs in partnership with internal stakeholders and report on the status of key objectives that affect deliverables
• Develop a keen understanding of Last Mile Delivery methods, working with EU Acquisition Business Development Team to bring programs to Delivery Service Partners across EU
• Work with key stakeholders to understand program needs, launch timelines and challenges to develop processes and deliver against the team roadmap for the launch of Delivery programs in EU
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: build collaborative, influential internal and external relationships with Product, Program, Field teams and other critical stakeholders to gather information, set action plans, and monitor stakeholder execution to improve the program executions
• Communication: communications to key stakeholders on core deliverables

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- fluency in German and Englisch
- Experience in a professional field
- Experience structuring and negotiating complex agreements and leading cross-functional groups to orchestrate and successfully complete deals
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
- Experience with business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business
- Experience in developing, negotiating and executing business agreements

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- MBA or Masters degree
- Experience influencing multiple stakeholders and leading cross functional teams across geographies and business units
- Experience working with technical and product stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize features, and influence product roadmaps
- Passion for building positive, engaged work environments
- Successful record of creating, improving and executing programs at scale, ability to drive and measure program effectiveness and high levels of customer satisfaction
- Ability to convey ideas and recommendations in a clear, compelling and succinct way in written and verbal communications; can facilitate action and commitment across in-person and remote groups of stakeholders and peers
- Strong team, interpersonal and persuasion skills, enabling individual to establish influential partnerships working with peers, senior leaders and across organizational lines
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
