Veeqo (veeqo.com) — a startup which was acquired by Amazon in 2021 — is Amazon’s recommended shipping, inventory, and warehouse management solution for Sellers. The Sr. Partner Growth Manager is responsible for recruiting, onboarding and nurturing relationships with prospective and newly acquired Veeqo agency partners. Veeqo is seeking a dynamic and results oriented leader to recruit strategic partnerships with Amazon and eCommerce agencies to increase Veeqo’s awareness, generate leads, and improve the Seller experience, providing the world’s best fulfillment experience. This is a critical role in a high-growth business that offer candidates the ability to improve the Seller experience and collaborate with senior leaders across Amazon’s Seller business and with key external agency partners, while shaping the future of a strategic program for Amazon helping to reduce Sellers’ cost to serve.

The right candidate has successful experience in recruiting and developing external sales and/or partner relationships that drive valuable seller and brand referrals to Veeqo. The Sr. Partner Growth Manager will be responsible for sales development efforts with external partners including agencies and solution providers, driving new seller referrals to our sales teams, and incubating a portfolio of agency and solution provider relationships. Candidates must make data-driven decisions, achieve goals to accelerate growth, and have the ability to "think big" while prioritizing and delivering outstanding experiences to our agencies and Sellers. Specifically, this individual will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with key influencers and decision-makers within the senior management and executive teams of prospective agency and solution provider partners.

Key job responsibilities
- 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
- Experience in setting up and managing a sales pipeline
- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
- Experience in online advertising or high-tech products/services

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of professional or military experience
- Experience structuring and negotiating complex agreements and leading cross-functional groups to orchestrate and successfully complete deals
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience influencing multiple stakeholders and leading cross functional teams across geographies and business units
- Experience working with technical and product stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize features, and influence product roadmaps
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
- Experience in setting up and managing a sales pipeline
- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
- Experience in online advertising or high-tech products/services

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $121,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $187,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
