We're seeking an experienced Supply Chain Planning Manager to oversee our global supply chain planning and executional requirements including but not limited to Forecasting (Demand Planning), Supply Planning, Manufacturing Planning, Field OPS Inventory/Outbounds Planning, Planning KPI Management etc. for Amazon Key programs. In this role, you'll work through various internal and external stakeholders to manage the planning and last mile executional scope of supply chain in order to facilitate the integration of our technologies for our customers.
You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional groups including Sales, Install Operations, Customer Service, Mapping, Manufacturing, Lab and Engineering. Using data and stakeholder insights, you'll create and implement successful supply chain plans for Amazon Key programs. Together, you'll drive reliable product installations for our customers and deliver great customer experiences.
This is a highly collaborative role, with the feel of a startup within a larger company. You should thrive in tackling ambiguous strategic challenges, using data to inform your decisions. Proven experience in a supply chain planning role taking on short term, mid-term and long-term planning initiatives is essential.


Key job responsibilities
1. Lead and manage Amazon Key Supply Chain Planning areas i.e., Demand planning, Manufacturing Planning and Field OPS Supply Planning.
2. Manage Install Partner Supply and Replenishment Review on a weekly/bi-weekly basis for all global regions and install partners.
3. Lead the monthly Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) Cycle to capture the short-term/mid-term sales demand, consolidate demand signals by hierarchies of programs/SKUs/geographies.
4. Propose a sound manufacturing plan on a monthly basis by taking S&OP inputs, supply chain policies and field variables into account for long term strategic planning, change management and on-time installation success.
5. Drive the quarterly and annual long-term Forecasting and Manufacturing Planning Processes by collaborating with Business Development, Sales, Install OPS and Finance Teams to meet program related strategic long-term objectives and inventory deliverables.
6. Collaborate with internal Trade Compliance and Logistics teams to facilitate compliant international shipping requests for internal Amazon Key stakeholders.
7. Maintain and facilitate onboarding of new vendors/warehouses/contract manufacturers on to the internal supply chain database systems to enable accurate data management and internal process flows.
8. Ensure adherence and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across stakeholders to enable long term process evolution of planning practices for Amazon Key.
9. Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of various planning areas and support operations.
10. Analyze data to identify planning bottlenecks and recommend solutions for optimization through effective planning changes and process improvement strategies.
11. Build and maintain strong relationships with Sales and Install OPS team members.
12. Evaluate planning performance of end-to-end supply chain deliverables and address any performance gaps.
13. Collaborate effectively with internal teams including Sales, Install ops, Customer Service, Mapping, Manufacturing, Lab and Engineering.
14. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing updates and seeking input.
15. Contribute to the development and improvement of Amazon Key planning processes and products.
16. Other duties and special projects will be assigned on a need to basis as it relates to supply chain planning and operational objectives.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of supply chain, forecasting, manufacturing, sourcing/procurement, or vendor management experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Demonstrated experience in improving planning outcomes through planning performance management and implementation of KPIs.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Master's degree
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience specifically in the access control industry.
