Are you interested to work in the cross roads between data and transportation operations? If yes, this is the right role for you.

The EU Transportation team is looking for a BIE who will be a key contact in the EU DEA (Delivery Estimate Accuracy) team owning delivery performance. You will be responsible for management of the data infrastructure and develop the bases for the new tools in collaboration with Data Scientists and Business Analysts. You will actively liaise with Business Senior leaders and create opportunities with Technical Departments and other Science teams.

Key job responsibilities
- Partners with tech leaders to define the roadmap and calibrate system settings, product improvements and ensure that the roadmap is converted into a project plan and follows up on granular milestones.
- Envisions structural improvements in the on-going processes
- Influences the technical innovation within the team and leads the change management to adopt new solutions
- Collaborates with data scientist and business analysts in order to have the best end-to-end tools
- Manages the Databases and AWS services of the team and is the responsible of the budget
- Balances the short term solutions to upcoming challenges versus the long term vision


About the team
We are a team of BIEs for the EU DEA team. We work to ensure data solutions/products are built to ensure our team has the right tools to challenge operations to deliver a north star customer experience.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in analyzing and interpreting data with Python, Django and SQL
- Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
- Experience with AWS tools - EC2, Redshift and Lambda
- Experience in the data/BI space

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Master's degree, or Advanced technical degree in computer science
- Knowledge of data modeling and data pipeline design
- Experience with statistical analysis, co-relation analysis
