Transportation Program Manager, Operations - Supply Chain and Transportation

Amazon Singapore Operations is strengthening its delivery network construction to continue delivering products reliably to customers from diverse fulfillment network. Particularly in the "last one mile" transportation business from the final shipping source to the customer, meeting delivery promise and quality.
We are now recruiting a Program Manager to manage last mile operations with partner carriers, consistently deliver our commitment on the delivery promise and to achieve the target cost-to-serve.
This team is mainly responsible for securing capacity with major delivery partners, maintaining and improving delivery quality and various initiatives. It is a team that develops and formulates medium to long-term collaboration strategies in the rapidly diversifying delivery business that requires further transformation. It also handles important tasks to maintain and expand Amazon's delivery network.
This position will primarily involve directing the operation of various new projects that arise between major delivery partner companies, and taking the lead in operational managements, continuous improvements and internal execution coordination for new project implementation.
Key job responsibilities
• Data collection and analysis necessary for business strategy consideration and operational continuous improvements
• Support for building cooperative relationships with delivery partner companies and strategy planning to maintain and improve the best customer experience
• Execution and management of various projects such as developing new services and reducing costs with delivery partner companies
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- 3+ years of developing program strategies and plans, diving execution, and influencing senior stakeholders experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
