Sales Operations Specialist, Quoting Concierge
DESCRIPTION
Join the Amazon Business team as Sales Operations Specialist. You will be a key catalyst for our organization's growth, maximizing revenue by providing essential support to our Customer Advisors, Account Representatives, and Account Managers. Your expertise will be central in guiding these stakeholders through the effective use of our Custom Quote Engine, thereby facilitating the successful conclusion of bulk purchases.
The ideal candidate is a proactive professional with experience in sales and a proven track record in a self-directed environment. You should be comfortable navigating multiple complex functions and have a knack for influencing external parties.
A vital part of your role will involve interacting with technology systems, with a particular focus on training others to effectively use these systems and processes. You will be tasked with the analysis of data, identifying patterns and trends that can translate into actionable strategies and solutions.

Key job responsibilities
• Conduct deep dive analysis and provide routine executive-level reporting on account representative’s work
• Work allocation for Account Representatives
• Work with Sales Program Managers to gather knowledge in tools, process
• Assist Account Managers and Customer Advisors close deals via the Custom Quote Engine
• Perform dive deeps to expand potential ASIN options for current in-bulk purchases
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with Excel
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 1 year of sales experience
- 1 year working with Macros, Power Pivot and VBA
