The Global Selling team in China is responsible for recruiting local businesses to sell on Amazon’s 19 overseas marketplaces, and supporting local businesses’ success and growth on the Amazon. Our vision is to be the first choice for all types of Chinese business to go globally.

Amazon Global Selling Marketing team is continuously leading Amazon Global Selling branding awareness enhancement, prospective selling partners’ acquisition and existing selling partners’ education. We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Marketing Targeted Communication Project Manager to lead our targeted communication efforts. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing personalized communication strategies that drive customer engagement, brand awareness, and business growth.

Key job responsibilities
Develop and implement targeted communication strategies aligned with marketing objectives and customer segmentation.
Collaborate with channel teams to gather insights, define target audiences, set communication goals and allocate resources to various channels (email, social media, WeCom, etc.).
Collaborate with Product, BI, OPS team to ensure the successful completion of the infrastructure development for targeted communication.
Monitor campaign performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.
Analyze campaign data, identify trends and opportunities, and prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing social media channels, preferably with a focus on WeChat or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including content creation, community management, and targeted advertising.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, with the ability to derive insights from data and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Passion for staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and digital trends.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Excellent English writing skill is a plus.
