Ring is seeking a Product Manager to own, define, and build key mobile experiences. We are passionate about our mission and look for a similarly passionate product manager to drive building mobile features that will serve that mission. This is a key role where as a member of the mobile product team, you will ensure that these experiences are well thought out and connect the entire customer’s journey across our website, apps and device experiences on a global scale.
You will focus relentlessly on our customers' needs, working with user experience designers to craft product features that will surprise and delight our customers. You will provide enough clarity in the product definition that our software engineers can build the product/features and our marketers can determine the product positioning. You will partner with other leaders to support new device launches. In this role, you will manage and grow a team of highly trained product managers focusing on mobile app design.
You will be the voice of the customer as you work with data, design, technical, and business leaders to set strategy and define the product. You should have proven track record of mobile app product management ownership.
Key job responsibilities
• Promote best practices for discovery, definition, experimentation, and iteration.
• Improve quality of standard product artifacts such as PRDs.
• Gather feedback and data for improving the product development process.
• Set standards and metrics to track the product team's progress against company and product goals.
• Manage the team’s regular planning and prioritization processes.
• Facilitate consistent communications with other teams, cross-functional groups, and stakeholders.
• PM the implementation of self-serve tools for product analytics, and drive adoption on the product team.
• Dive deep into product analytics and customer feedback, discovering and evangelizing insights within the team and across the organization.
A day in the life
• Run a product review meeting and send out notes afterwards.
• Read several recent PRDs, and give the authors feedback on the docs' quality.
• Check how it's going with the PMs working on a complex cross-functional program.
• Try creating a new product analytics dashboard to gauge progress with the new system, and provide feedback to the BI team.
• Touch base with stakeholders to align approaches ahead of an upcoming planning exercise.
• Dig into the latest batch of qualitative customer feedback.
• Give the team leader an update on the team's priorities and progress against goals.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of customer-facing product development and product management, including defining, launching, and optimizing product and services experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of agile product development and life-cycle management process
- Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products and online services on tight deadlines

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $116,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $201,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
