Do you love building new strategic and data-driven businesses? Join the Worldwide Specialist Organization (WWSO) team as a Senior Accelerated Computing Sales Sales Specialist!

We are looking for a Senior Specialist to lead the AWS Accelerated Computing business in Korea. In this role, you will focus on accelerated computing workloads (Generative AI, ML, Graphics, Gaming, etc.) and work directly with the most interesting and demanding customers from the world’s leading startups to the largest enterprises to understand their requirements and turn them into reality. You will use your business savvy to expand existing markets, develop adoption programs and identify new markets and opportunities. You will define go-to-market strategies and lead cross-functional initiatives to execute this vision. These activities include sizing the market opportunity, identifying a pipeline of potential customers, understanding customer requirements, working with solution architects to build prototypes that demonstrate the art-of-the-possible, quantifying the business value with the customer, creating content to train the field sales teams, leading external workshops to drive industry thought-leadership, working with product teams to define new features, and identifying partners or potential acquisitions.

The Worldwide Specialist Organization (WWSO) is part of AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS), which is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. We work backwards from our customer’s most complex and business critical problems to build and execute go-to-market plans that turn AWS ideas into multi-billion-dollar businesses. WWSO teams include business development, specialist and technical solutions architecture. As part of WWSO, you'll provide expertise across the entire life cycle of an AWS customer initiative, from developing ideas for new services to accelerating the adoption of established businesses. Key job responsibilities
• Defines, builds and deploys sales and business development campaigns around the AWS Accelerated Computing offerings (GPU instances & AWS-built accelerators).
• Engages and drives scale at engaging high priority customers and partners about the AWS Accelerated Computing value proposition.
• Engages in senior level customer meetings to discuss customer’s business issues and explores how the AWS Accelerated Computing platform can help address and resolve these issues.
• Prepares and gives business reviews to the senior management team regarding progress and metrics.
• Leverage your deep domain expertise to create best in class field enablement and sales strategy.
• Bring market signals back to product teams to drive innovation on AWS product roadmaps.
• Demonstrate thought leadership and be able to credibly represent AWS at industry events, conferences, symposiums, etc.
• Drive revenue growth and meet sales targets

Sales, Marketing and Global Services (SMGS)

AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success. AWS Support also partners with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 10+ years of direct sales or business development in software, cloud or SaaS markets selling to C-level executives experience
- 7+ years of business development, partner development, sales or alliances management experience
- Experience selling Accelerated Computing products or services (GPU, AI accelerators, AI/ML infrastructure, etc.)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience developing detailed go to market plans
- Experience selling AI/ML solutions
- Experience identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing large-scale technology deals
