Amazon is developing infrastructure aggressively to support this growth around the world, particularly in the booming cross border selling area. In this context, Amazon’s Services team is seeking an experienced leader, to identify the potential opportunities for bringing China sellers and sell globally on Amazon marketplaces, as well as take part in defining the vision and go-to-market strategy. The ideal candidate is a seasoned senior level manager with a background in ecommerce and affiliated industries, and a reputation for hiring and developing the best talent. S/he will have a track record of success at driving results, partnering cross functionally, and professionally representing clients’ needs/perspectives to the various stakeholders. The candidate in this role will be an exceptionally strong analytical thinker with a history of driving process & strategy implementation. S/he will have a strong track record of supporting marketing initiatives, tactics, plans, processes, systems, and programs. S/he will be known for accurate forecasting, building strong relationships, and analytical leadership skills. S/he will thrive in a fast paced dynamic and sometimes ambiguous environment and insist on the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
·Learn about Amazon’s cross border e-commerce business, provide suggestions to help the right manufactures and brand owners to develop, and optimize their business.
· Assist with Amazon’s leadership team on overall strategy, road-map and deliverable.
· Obtain the feedback/data/information and assist with making recommendation on developing product requirements and guidance for our strategies.
· Build the team from the scratch, by hiring the top talent from local market and install Amazon culture in the office, and also develop the best.
CN Global Selling New Seller recruitment/Seller service leader, be responsible for recruiting Sellers from South region of China to Amazon Europe marketplaces, aiming to bring more selection of good quality and at competitive prices to better to support/improve Amazon customer experience.
This role is based in Shanghai, the leader will lead a Sales teams, working with internal cross functional teams, e.g. global product teams, marketplace category teams, China region development team, marketing, PMO and external stakeholders, leveraging internal process/products/tools to convert potential leads to Amazon Sellers and support Sellers growth on Amazon.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree or Master's degree
minimum 10 years' experience working in sales, account management, sales excellence, operation, or business program management role
Outstanding verbal and written communication and collaboration skills in Chinese, and English
Ability to think strategically and creatively while executing methodically with high attention to detail, operational excellence and ability to multi-task
Demonstrated track record to work in a cross-functional and international environment, to lead by influence and earn trust at all levels
History of teamwork and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done
Excellent analytical skills and problem solving skills. Demonstrated ability to interpret data and make business recommendations
A track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
Genuine and intense customer focus
Excel proficiency is preferred
