We are looking for a Product-tech leader to re-define the journeys and experience of how we engage Prime members in Japan to help them understand Prime benefits and leverage Prime to make their everyday life better.

As Senior Product Manager-Tech, you will bring customer and business insights to improving our onsite CX, partnering with multiple Prime benefits teams in Japan (Prime Video, Music, Gaming) and global partner teams in data science and software development. You will set the overall Prime benefits and engagement strategy in Japan, and drive alignment on our customer experience vision with key partners. You will be responsible for launching and managing customer facing products that improve the CX for millions of Prime customers.

Key job responsibilities
Own the roadmap for Prime engagement;
Collaborate with global technology teams to build and enhance locally relevant CX features;
Drive experiments on customer engagement leveraging technology and ML solutions;
Set mechanisms to measure the quality and performance of Prime CX.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
