We are offering an exceptional opportunity for a strategic leader to take on a dual-impact role that spans both Business Operations (BO) and Field Sales Operations (FSO). This unique position offers unprecedented exposure to end-to-end sales operations, combining strategic planning with field execution - a rare combination that provides accelerated career development in sales operations leadership.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter who excels at deriving actionable insights from large datasets. You thrive in autonomous environments, driving improvements in reporting tools and processes while knowing when to seek guidance. We're looking for someone who combines strong technical skills with excellent communication abilities - equally comfortable analyzing complex data and presenting to executive leadership. Your proven track record of delivering scalable solutions, attention to operational detail, and ability to build relationships across all organizational levels will be key to success in this role.

Key job responsibilities
- Use solid financial knowledge and business acumen to build financial models, interpret data, draw conclusions, and make recommendations that deliver results, drive improvements, and influence multiple functions within AGS Korea
- Lead to build Korea Go-To-Market Strategy with in-depth analysis to identify market opportunities and service penetration
- Develop, manage and provide sales revenue and customer adoption reporting capabilities/systems to field personnel, sales management, and AWS leadership that support a global, multi-channel sales organization with actionable analytics
- Design and develop insightful dashboards, reports and metrics by using SFDC (CRM), BI (Business Intelligence) tools and Excel
- Manage monthly forecast and other financial models to aid sales division
- Develop key sales support systems/processes required to meet the rapid growth of the business


A day in the life

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Korea, APJ, and worldwide organizations
- Develop and manage business planning models based on historical analysis
- Provide strategic recommendations to management based on comprehensive business analysis
- Design and implement optimized business processes and systems

[Field Sales Operation domain]
- Partner with Division Sales Leadership to -develop and analyze metrics measuring sales program effectiveness
- Leverage data analytics to uncover actionable business insights supporting customer cloud journey
- Drive operational excellence through field-level execution and program optimization
- Design and implement new analytical approaches to enhance field sales performance

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of finance, business management and sales operations experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
- Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience working within a high-growth, technology company
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
