Within GREF Workplace Design & Construction, the newly formed Business Development team is responsible for driving adoption of Amazon technology across our global portfolio while also developing solutions for commercial customers. As Senior Product Manager - Tech, you'll shape the future of workplace innovation by leading product development for external customers and implementing Amazon's cutting-edge technologies throughout our facilities. Key job responsibilities
• Lead GREF's Business Development product strategy, driving next-generation solutions from ideation through commercialization
• Develop PRFAQs and business requirements that define customer experience, product specifications, and architecture
• Create and maintain product roadmaps, balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, and launch timing
• Build consensus for product vision across technical, business, and leadership stakeholders
• Lead cross-functional teams through complex product development cycles, partnering with both technical and non-technical teams
• Conduct comprehensive customer discovery to inform product decisions and strategy
• Drive commercialization efforts from concept to launch, including business case development and launch strategy
• Collaborate with Amazon teams to identify and develop innovative workplace solutions

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience with both hardware and software product development
- B2B product experience, especially in Corporate Real Estate or Property Tech
- Track record of successful product launches
- MBA or advanced technical degree
- Strong analytical and business modeling skills
- Experience presenting to and influencing executive leadership

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
