Senior Migrations Sales Specialist - Benelux Region, Enterprise Apps and Migrations
DESCRIPTION
As AWS continues to rapidly grow, we seek a Migrations Sales Specialist to own driving adoption of Amazon Web Services within our Enterprise Segment for Microsoft Workloads within the Benelux region. In this role, you will accelerate adoption and become responsible for revenue growth. This individual will build a business focused on helping enterprise customers innovate and exceed revenue goals. This specialist must have the business savvy and sales leadership background necessary to manage Microsoft workload sales in a cross functional team including sales, partner and product teams to deliver accelerated business growth for AWS and our customers. You will establish and maintain high-level relationships within key accounts, driving migrations, innovation, and modernization capabilities across infrastructure and business application landscapes. This Sales Specialist role has regional responsibility and is part of an AWS Global Sales organization established to position AWS as the best place to host Windows based production workloads. As part of a single-threaded sales team focusing on Enterprise Apps and Migrations to AWS, you will be responsible for working with large strategic customers and their existing account teams to qualify and pursue sales opportunities for enterprise application workloads and datacenter migration projects. You will engage with our segment sales, solutions architects, partner and professional services organizations to drive large and highly complex opportunities to closure. These opportunities will include migrating SQL Server, Exchange, or SharePoint to the AWS cloud. Your commitments will include quota accountability, driving platform adoption within global accounts, market penetration in new and existing enterprise accounts as well as creating public references.

- Drive adoption of AWS full suite of services into a set of Enterprise customers
- Exceed annual revenue and design win targets
- Scale out an integrated go-to-market team in a highly complex environment
- Develop and execute against a set of goals including customer references, support, professional services, and training
- Develop relationships and engage with cross-functional and partner ecosystems to extend reach and drive adoption
- Build and leverage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to further adoption of AWS services in the market
- Support all AWS operating cadences and represent a consolidated view of the districts to senior AWS leaders.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• 10+ years technology related sales and field operations experience working for a software or cloud solutions vendor leading teams that sell to Enterprise accounts
• Bachelor's Degree or 10+ years equivalent work experience and current work experience in the Benelux and/or Nordics region
• Experience selling Windows Server, SQL Server or Azure
• Experience working at Microsoft or a systems integrator partner
• Experience with data center migrations
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Fluency in Dutch/French is a plus
• BA/BS degree. A technical background in engineering, computer science, or MIS a plus
• Track record of developing sustainable new business
• Extensive customer network
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
