DESCRIPTION

Do you thrive on driving innovation and building entirely new products from the ground up? Are you looking for a high-impact, global role where you can use your product management expertise to transform a critical part of Amazon's business? The Global Amazon Flex organization is seeking an exceptional Senior Product Manager to lead a strategic initiative reshaping our global last mile delivery operations.

In this role, you will own the product strategy and roadmap for building growth opportunities for Independent Contractors and Small Businesses, while catering to the speed, flexibility and volatility needs of Amazon’s operations. You will develop PRFAQs and business plans that deliver great experiences for Delivery Partners and solve our business needs.

You will be responsible for identifying customer pain points and optimization opportunities through data analysis to inform the product vision and roadmap. Leveraging your strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills, you will lead end-to-end product development, include evaluating the current landscape, developing pricing structures, operational approach, financial models, and marketing plans. You will partner with our Amazon Flex technology teams and the broader Last Mile org to develop the product roadmap, and will partner with local teams to operationally execute on new business models. You will also be called upon to communicate product strategies and recommendations effectively to senior leadership, driving critical business decisions in a fast-paced, ambiguous, environment.

This is a truly global role, with the chance to expand and transform Amazon's last mile delivery operations around the world. If you're looking to take your product management career to new heights, this position provides an exceptional platform to expand your expertise and make a significant impact on our global logistics network.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in logistics, supply chain, or a related field. A background in technology innovation, process optimization or logistics is a plus. Our organization is based in the US, but we drive global operations across 5 continents. Domestic and international travel will be required 10-20% of the time.

This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on Amazon's global logistics network.
