The rapidly growing AMET Central DSP Strategy, Pricing and Management team works across Turkey, Middle East and Africa countries to optimize our end-to-end relationships with the (Extended )Delivery Service Partners (DSPs and EDSPs) who deliver directly to our customers. We are looking for a candidate who is ready to roll up their sleeves and own strategic programs and initiatives using core analytical and project management skills. The projects this person would own will directly influence the way we pay our (E ) DSPs and drivers across our entire AMET network.

Our environment is fast-paced and requires someone who is highly enthusiastic, detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working with multiple teams to solve ambiguous challenges. She or he must be able to effectively engage with stakeholders across various teams and locales to drive actionable solutions to unique challenges. The ideal candidate will have the requisite experience and passion to drive our payments program.


Key job responsibilities
- Proactively leading strategic programs and initiatives that will drive our DSP pricing charter, directly shaping the way we compensate our delivery partners across Europe.
- Developing processes and mechanisms that address existing shortcomings and enable us to scale our growing business in a sustainable way for both, Delivery Service partners and Amazon.
- Conducting root cause analysis that allows us to understand the financial health of our delivery partners, and develop processes to drive these analyses at scale.
- Reporting to senior leadership on key metrics and program updates, with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Partner with Program Managers and Business Coaches for understanding overall strategy and on-ground constraints that can be translated to pricing strategies ensuring scalability
- Partner with Finance and TRC team to drive pricing changes and reviews

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Master's degree or above in business, engineering, operations, supply chain, transportation logistics
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
- Relevant experience in a start-up environment, owning the creation of new processes and systems to drive continuous improvement, particularly in the payments/compensation space.
- Relevant experience in P&L ownership and/or oversight.
