DESCRIPTION

As a TBP Senior Sales Consultant in Global Selling, this role requires high-bar at supporting TBP Sellers to sell globally on Amazon and bring high-quality selections to worldwide customers by address efforts on both input and output. Additionally, TBP sales consultants focus on continuously improving Seller cross-launch efficiency through process standardization and operational excellence, but not at the expense of seller experience.

Key job responsibilities
1) ++Drive CN2US Top Brands Global Expansion to EU/JP markets. As L5 TBP sales consultant, which are expected to drive cross-launch with strategical resource planning and in-depth domestic market understanding.
2) ++Drive Seller business growth and success in multiple marketplaces. L5 TBP consultants are required to equip with mature knowledge of Amazon post-launch mechanism, as well as deep understanding of Softline industrial features and product insights in targeted marketplaces.
3) ++Generate Seller insights to support products evolution for friction removal or growth driver. L5 TBP consultants are required having solid capability to work cross-functionally to solve seller operation and account frictions with strong ownership and convincing logic thinking.
4) ++L5 TBP consultants are expected to digest fruitful past experience on both cross-launching and GMS driving into established working mechanism which could scale and impact on whole TBP team and seller community.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 5+ years of sales or marketing work (like e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS) or equivalent experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of sales or marketing work (like e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS) or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of procurement and source to pay methods at small and medium businesses
- Experience influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level
- Experience exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach or equivalent
