Senior Product Manager - Technical, Marketing Campaign Measurement & Optimization
DESCRIPTION
Amazon's Global Fixed Marketing Campaign Measurement & Optimization (CMO) team is looking for a senior technical product manager to build products that help optimize Amazon's global multi-billion dollar fixed marketing spend. The person in this position will be responsible for leading and owning a strategic roadmap for observational measurement, launching new modelling capabilities and services that utilize the latest thinking in data science approaches (including deep learning). They will partner closely with engineers, scientists, business intelligence specialists, and marketers across Amazon to execute and improve our marketing efficiency.
Key job responsibilities
- Drive product strategy and roadmap as part of observational measurement within fixed marketing measurement, insights and decision support
- Write vision and technical requirement documents, define use cases and CX, and partner cross-functionally to execute
- Be a passionate advocate for both internal stakeholders (marketing teams) and external customers
About the team
CMO's vision is to maximize long-term free cash flow by providing reliable, accurate and useful global fixed marketing measurement and decision support. The team measures and helps optimize the incremental impact of Amazon (Stores, AWS, Devices) fixed marketing investment across TV, Digital, Social, Radio, and many other channels globally. This team is comprised of scientists, economists, engineers, and product leaders with S-Team visibility.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
- Experience working with scientists and analysts to build insight and/or decision support products
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's degree
- Experience with concepts such as system architecture, optimization, system dynamics, system analysis, statistical analysis, reliability analysis, and decision making
- Experience in marketing measurement and data modelling

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
