Sr Merchandising OPS Manager, AGS Central OPS

The Global Selling team in Asia is responsible for recruiting local businesses to sell on Amazon’s 12 overseas marketplaces, and supporting local sellers’ success and growth on the Amazon. Our vision is to be the first choice for all types of Chinese and other Asia businesses to sell globally.
We’re now seeking a Promotion and Event OPS Manager to drive seller success in merchandising domain. Main responsibilities include:
• Coordinate Tier 1 events cross marketplace to drive merchandising excellence.
• Establish/optimize clear process and ownership to improve global selling sellers' merchandising performance, identify new opportunities to drive Sellers' traffic and discoverability
• Partner with local sales teams and MP teams. Help sellers adopt right product, troubleshoot, and receive right guidance; Drive timely call-outs and resolution activities to improve effectiveness prior to event launch. Deliver insights to global teams to influence product and policy decisions to improve seller experience.
• Improve data visibility during various stages of events. Develop dashboards to measure program goals, key metrics, and seller performance.
• Drive operational excellence, including office hour, wiki, or key insights sharing session like Postmortem study.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years of Microsoft Excel experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.
- Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience using Salesforce (or other CRM tool) or BI tools
- Experience presenting to senior leadership
