DESCRIPTION
You will be a key member of the team responsible for developing and designing Amazon's air cargo network in Brazil. This position plays a vital role in creating new air transportation solutions that focus on shorter transit times, cost-effectiveness, and delivering the best possible speed for our customers.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain exposure to international stakeholders and acquire unique insights into the e-commerce logistics industry. You will be instrumental in developing innovative air cargo solutions that support Amazon's continued growth and expansion in the Brazilian market.
Key job responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with air carrier partners to ensure their performance consistently meets high standards;
- Track and analyze critical metrics such as on-time delivery, capacity utilization, and shipment quality to identify areas for improvement;
- Collaborate with carriers to develop and implement actionable plans addressing performance issues;
- Conduct capacity planning and forecasting to project future volume demands and secure the necessary air transportation capacity, ensuring compliance with customer service level agreements;
- Evaluate carrier performance, routes, and service levels to identify opportunities for network optimization, recommending changes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree;
- Led projects or initiatives from start to finish and excel at updating leaders on progress;
- Possess the ability to collaborate with a diverse range of individuals, including those in different roles or at higher levels within the Amazon;
- Know how to create innovative approaches, manage projects, and develop effective schedules that drive results;
- Advanced English.
