Amazon Global Selling has been helping individuals and businesses increase sales and reach new customers around the globe. Today, more than 50% of Amazon's total sales come from third-party Sellers. The Global Selling team in Asia is responsible for recruiting local businesses to sell on Amazon’s 17 overseas marketplaces, and supporting local Sellers’ success and growth on the Amazon. Our vision is to be the first choice for all types of Asia business to go globally.
Supply Chain by Amazon (SCA) is the our pioneering product brand, offering end-to-end supply chain solution for Sellers across their all selling channels. Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA), offers fulfillment, shipping and customer service for Sellers. It helps Sellers scale ecommerce business and reach more customers.
In this role, you will develop and build SCA/FBA brand power and work closely with product owners, business teams, operation team, marketing channels, PR, PP and stakeholders in worldwide.

Key job responsibilities
- Develop and align SCA/FBA brand positioning and value proposition with global and China product and business team;
- Lead development of SCA/FBA MKT strategy to build brand power and establish the pioneering imagery in cross border e-commence industry;
- Own SCA/FBA brand book and marketing assets/content roadmap; Ensure SCA/FBA branding and marketing contents updated and consistent;
- Collect Seller insights, market trend and competitor intelligence to generate implication for SCA strategy improvement;
- Set up marketing input and output goals, design and track marketing metrics and always seeking ways to improve;
- Ongoing communications with global and China stakeholders

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs
- Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives
