S&OP Analyst, Supply Chain

DESCRIPTION

Amazon is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our Supply Chain Operations team in Brazil, specifically supporting the External Fulfillment (EF) Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process. This role represents a critical position within our Brazil Operations organization, helping to optimize our external fulfillment network performance.

Key Responsibilities:
-Drive the S&OP process for External Fulfillment partners, including demand planning, capacity management, and performance tracking
-Develop and maintain comprehensive KPI frameworks to monitor operational efficiency, cost metrics, and capacity utilization across EF partners
-Design and implement automated reporting solutions for Weekly Business Reviews (WBR) and monthly S&OP meetings
-Create and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Quicksight/Tableau to provide real-time visibility into EF network performance
-Perform complex data analysis using SQL to extract insights and identify optimization opportunities within the EF network
-Partner with business stakeholders to identify bottlenecks and develop action plans to improve planning accuracy and operational efficiency
-Lead deep-dive analyses to identify trends and root causes for performance deviations
-Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize the EF network within the broader Amazon Fulfillment ecosystem

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

-Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Supply Chain or related field.
-Experience working as business analyst/data analyst/statistical analyst role and conducting analysis and data mining using Excel.
-Experience extracting and processing data using SQL.
-Experience creating Macros to solve business needs
-Experience conducting statistical analysis using Python.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

-Understanding of data warehousing and data modeling.
-Excellent communication (verbal, written, and data presentation) and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.
-Ability to deal with ambiguity and competing objectives in a fast paced environment.
-Software development experience / Coding knowledge
