Our Amazon International Stores & Corporate Communications team is looking for an Executive Assistant supporting three Communications Directors across Europe. Based in Luxembourg, Munich, or Paris, you will be part of a fast-paced environment where adaptability and attention to detail drive success.

In this role, you will coordinate activities across international time zones while managing complex schedules and logistics. We're seeking someone who takes pride in creating seamless operations and thrives on delivering results in a global communications environment. You will have the opportunity to plan internal events, manage critical administrative functions, and work alongside talented professionals throughout Europe.

Working closely with our team of Executive Assistants, you will contribute to key team activities and projects. We value individuals who demonstrate strong ownership, take initiative, and put customers first. Your ability to anticipate needs and develop creative solutions will be essential as you support our communications leadership team.

Key job responsibilities
• Coordinate complex calendar management across multiple time zones, proactively identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts
• Arrange domestic and international travel logistics, including itineraries, visas, and expense management
• Plan and execute team events, including logistics, catering, accommodations, and budget management
• Attend key meetings to track deliverables and ensure follow-through on action items
• Drive team activities, including staff meetings, business reviews, and team-building initiatives
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with business stakeholders
• Manage confidential information with the highest level of discretion

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant at a Senior level
- Track record of coordinating international travel and managing expenses
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) across all levels of an organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Demonstrated success in event planning and execution
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations
- Track record of managing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
- French or German language skills in addition to English is a plus
- Experience in budget management and purchase order processing
- Desire and aptitude for learning new concepts on the job
