A Technical Program Manager in Brazil Central Flow position requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to bridge business needs with technical solutions.

Key job responsibilities
• Manage projects, timelines, and deliverables
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholder communication
• Perform complex data analysis, identifying trends in large datasets
• Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and reports
• Optimize data accuracy, consistency, and report performance
• Translate business objectives into technical requirements
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations
• Troubleshoot complex issues and develop innovative BI solutions
• Deliver regular project updates and key metrics






About the team
The Brazil Central Flow (BRCF) team plays a crucial role in optimizing workflow across fulfillment centers (FCs) through centralized and standardized execution planning, while still addressing the unique needs of individual FCs. Their primary focus is on enhancing FC execution performance, quality, and speed, while overseeing risk mitigation strategies and leveraging BIE reports for data-driven decision-making. By striking a balance between standardization and flexibility, they work tirelessly to exceed customer expectations and achieve optimal results across the entire fulfillment network.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of software development and project management concepts
- • Advanced proficiency in SQL and data manipulation
- • Strong skills in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, QuickSight)
- • Understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Programming skills (e.g., Python, R)
