DESCRIPTION

Our World-Wide Amazon Stores TA Recruiting Coordinator (RC) works closely with a team of recruiters in a fast-paced recruiting organization. The RC is an integral partner in managing recruiting activities and building candidate relationships; often providing candidates with their first impression of Amazon.
This candidate will be an organizational subject matter expert, work effectively with internal and external clients and candidates, possess great communication skills, have the ability to shift gears at a moment’s notice and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals. Key job responsibilities
• Schedules a range of single-candidate and/or multi-candidate hiring events (where applicable) across multiple time zones and all levels of roles, working directly with candidates and hiring manager/interviewers
• Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates and recruiting partners on hiring status via phone and email
• Tracking recruiting activities and providing candidate status in a weekly report
• Participates in, or owns, process enhancement initiatives.
• Coordinating the post-interview debrief meetings and providing debrief materials
• Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
• Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting events as needed

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 1+ years of recruiting, coordination, administration, logistics, HR or equivalent experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience with basic web-based tools and products like Outlook, Excel, Word and SharePoint
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree or diploma in HR or any related field
• Experience working in a fast paced, quickly changing or international environment
• Experience with technical tracking systems / software (like ATS)
• Knowledge of Chinese or Japanese language is an advantage
