Program Manager
DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Program Manager to support Amazon’s Latin America (LATAM) Talent Acquisition team. This role will focus on gathering and analyzing metrics data, assisting with daily operations , and managing internal communication efforts. As a Program Manager, you will leverage your analytical skills, knowledge of operational metrics, and experience working with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and ensure the smooth execution of initiatives across the region.
Key job responsibilities
Metrics Data Analysis & Reporting :
- Collect and analyze key performance metrics to drive insights and improve business performance.
- Identify trends and performance gaps, working closely with cross-functional teams to recommend and implement solutions.
3rd Party Support Coordination:
- Manage relationships and support collaboration with third-party partners to ensure alignment with Amazon's goals and timelines.
- act as a liaison between internal teams and external vendors.
- Ensure timely resolution of any issues or concerns related to third-party support with recruiters
- Manage cost and effectively allocate system credits
Internal Communication:
- Lead the creation and distribution of a weekly internal newsletter that highlights key updates, project milestones, and operational insights.
- Ensure communication is clear, concise, and engaging for the LATAM region team.
Documentation and Process Improvement:
- Develop clear and detailed documentation for processes, reports, and operational workflows.
- Continuously review and refine internal documentation to ensure clarity and effectiveness in knowledge transfer.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with business leaders, Change Champion, and operations teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Provide support to senior PM with actionable insights to drive decision-making and improve operational efficiencies.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Speak, write, and read fluently in Spanish
- Strong understanding of the Latin American market and and ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
