SSR Marketing Leader, New Amazon Project - Emerging & Expansion
DESCRIPTION
Amazon Business is seeking a talented Senior Marketing Manager to accelerate the growth of Amazon's New Project. You will be responsible for the acquisition, activation, and engagement of customers through innovative marketing strategies and growing customer spend on Amazon. You will work closely with Marketing leads worldwide and own the strategy, management, measurement, testing, and execution of activities that will drive customer adoption and spend.
Key job responsibilities
- Set the marketing direction and build impactful campaigns aimed at acquisition, activation, and share of wallet
- Track marketing performance on an ongoing basis, constantly looking for ways to improve the customer experience
- Develop a unified cross-channel strategy that aims to hit plan, and build more velocity and efficiency in our Self-Service and Sales channels
- Manage multiple projects and balance conflicting priorities in a rapidly changing environment
- Develop and champion bold and creative ideas
- Present your results in weekly, monthly and quarterly business review meetings to process participants and stakeholders

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience creating and executing integrated marketing lead generation campaigns using tactics that include live or virtual events, webinars, email, lead nurture programs, and CRM/sales insights
- Experience with Salesforce and Tableau
