Are you excited about transforming healthcare through cutting-edge AI technology? Amazon Health Services is seeking an experienced and innovative Product Manager to lead the development of generative AI powered features for our healthcare products and services.
In this role, you will drive the product vision, strategy and roadmap for generative AI solutions that make it easier for customers to find, choose, afford, and engage with the services, products, and professionals they need to get and stay healthy. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams including healthcare professionals, AI/ML scientists, software engineers, UX designers, and business stakeholders.

Key job responsibilities
Define the vision and strategic roadmap for Amazon Health Services' generative AI products. Deeply understand the healthcare domain and leverage generative AI to unlock novel capabilities that improve patient outcomes and operational efficiencies
Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch, driving prioritization, specifications, development, testing, and rollout of new AI features
Gather insights from healthcare customers, UX research, usage data, and market trends to continuously enhance product-market fit
Collaborate with AI/ML teams to integrate large language models and generative AI capabilities into Amazon Health's offerings.
Define product KPIs, instrument metrics, and leverage data to measure success and drive adoption at scale
Represent the voice of healthcare users and ensure solutions adhere to compliance, privacy, and ethical AI guidelines
Build trust in generative AI by focusing on high transparency, reliability, and robustness of models in production
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
