We are looking for an exceptional talented, dynamic, organized and innovative self-starter to join us as a UK Regional Learning Manager (m/f) to be responsible for the learning agenda for our Associates in the Fulfillment Centers (FCs) in the UK.
This person will ensure that effective, standardized training and learning programs are in place to support our Associates’ onboarding and development as they join and progress within Amazon Operations in Europe. This role will be based in one of our fulfillment centres in the UK, and will require approximately 50% travel within the region and Europe. Reporting to Head of UK Operations Learning and Development

Key job responsibilities
● Lead, manage and coach your team of Learning Managers to be the best they can be. Understand what motivates your team, support them to develop a career plan and actively support them to achieve it.
● Build the capability of your Learning Teams to use available data sources to understand and communicate performance, and investigate its drivers. Support them to agree and execute actions to improve new hire and cross-trainee Productivity, Quality and Attrition, and to maintain a motivated and high performing group of ‘Instructors’.
● Build strong relationships with the regional and site leadership teams. Use these to remove barriers to learning, resolve performance issues, and ensure your Learning teams focus on their priorities.
● Support the launch of new Fulfillment Centers by hiring and developing the best Learning teams.
● Co-design EU-wide solutions (reporting/ system/ process/ policy/ behavior change) to improve the effectiveness of the Learning operation and the performance of our operation. Execute the delivery of these solutions, supporting your sites to quickly embrace the changes.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
● A bachelor's degree
● A proven track record leading teams in multiple locations in complex manufacturing/production environments and experience of implementing ‘lean principles’.
● Used learning theory and instructional design principles to create and administer training content and programs.
● Familiarity with project management principles and experience in delivering process and behaviour change at pace and at scale.
● Full proficiency in MS Office
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
● Any additional EU languages
● Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills. The ability to work in fast-paced ambiguous environments, adapting quickly to changing circumstances, processes and priorities.
