Amazon Brand Innovation Lab is looking for an experienced Senior Solutions Manager. We at Amazon Brand Innovation Lab develop innovative and new advertising campaigns unique to Amazon that clearly solve brand challenges and support advertisers' business growth. We deeply understand Amazon's services and products, create plans that exceed advertisers' requests, generate new experiences, and create the engagement between end customers and brands.
This senior position serves as the hub for project management to comprehensively drive campaign realization. The process involves collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders, including sales, strategists, creative teams, product teams, and dedicated engineering teams. You will be deeply involved in all aspects from the proposal stage to launch for advertisers, bringing new advertising campaigns to the world. You will be able to promote highly challenging work in the ever-growing Amazon Ads organization. As the Brand Innovation Lab is a global team including America and Europe, there will be many opportunities to work with members from different countries with diverse background.

Key job responsibilities
・Work with creative teams to review and understand advertising plans, have technical validation of them with engineering teams, confirm schedules, and coordinate with relevant departments to reach agreements.
・Take responsibility for project management of Brand Innovation Lab initiatives, which often involve complex undertakings with many stakeholders, and support their successful execution.
・Respond flexibly to various requests, and quickly and safely deliver outputs.
・Scrutinize requirements and feasibility, collaborate with multiple related departments to resolve bottlenecks, coordinate issues, and negotiate as needed.
・As a crucial hub effectively connecting clients, creative teams, and internal Amazon stakeholders, support addressing various challenges and driving forward all projects.

・臨機応変に様々なリクエストに対応し、迅速かつ安全にアウトプットに結び付ける。
・リクエストと実現可能性のバランスを精査し、関係部署と連携のもと、ボトルネックの解消、懸案事項の調整、折衝等を実施する。
・クライアント、クリエイティブチーム、Amazon社内のステークホルダーを効果的につなぐ重要なハブとして、あらゆる課題とプロジェクトを推進する。


A day in the life
Partner with Creative Dir, Art Dir, and design technologists for innovative work by hacking the Amazon canvas.

Work on projects that benefit the end customer. With new tech rolling out, there's always an opportunity to create something innovative on behalf of clients.

Help setting strategy, and manage a complex never-been-done-before project removing ambiguity and laying a path for the team to succeed.

Lead pitches to senior stakeholders and evangelizing the role of creativity in driving business outcomes and improved customer experiences.

Wear multiple hats to get the best creative outcome from project managing, strategy to digital and video production.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 6+ years of project management of advertising campaign including digital
- Experience in branding or marketing campaign development through ideation to execution
- Experience in working with multiple stakeholders and lead the team to execution
- Experience in client facing consultative role with a focus on data analysis
- Experience in working with large, complex enterprise customers

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience & knowledge in e-commerce or online advertising
- Experience in omni-channel marketing, search engine marketing or search engine optimization
- Experience creating processes and improving tools with measurable impact on advertisers.
- Experience in producing off-line complex events which covers broad activities.
- Excellent skill in dealing with project management tool, budget and timeline ,management.
