Amazon’s video ads program is fast growing segment of our business, and offers opportunities for advertisers to show case their brand and product via video. Our Streaming TV advertising program includes opportunities within premium content and live events, providing unparalleled measurement.
Amazon Advertising is seeking an Account executive to support our Mid-Market team within our Large Customer Sales organization. This is an exciting opportunity to support our rapidly growing Streaming TV business. This role will be focused on activating and growing net-new business. As the primary account owner of net-new, ideal candidates will over-index on ownership and an ability to automate whenever possible. Candidates should excel at leveraging Amazon strategies and performance insights to drive revenue growth through activations and renewals.
Key job responsibilities
• The Senior Account Executive generates advertising revenue via ad agencies and advertisers directly, through objective led selling across Streaming TV and other brand-building advertising solutions.
• Be a true hunter, hungry to uncover opportunities and connect it with a value adding solution.
• Influence buying decisions to drive increased revenue from new revenue streams.
• Establishes credible relationships with agencies and advertiser decision makers, in particular in the TV and Digital landscape.
• Maps account strategies, aligning resources and uncovering which of our digital, audio and video products best serves an advertiser’s needs.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• The ideal candidate will come with a deep knowledge of and relationships within the digital advertising industry and have a track record of success at driving top sales results, partnering cross functionally, and professionally representing client needs/perspectives to the product organization. • Exceptionally robust analytical thinker who likely hails from a leading publisher/broadcaster, marketing organisation or sophisticated interactive advertising agency. • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies, tactics, plans, processes, systems and programs. · Experience selling digital video, TV, audio, and/or online media • Ability to communicate a large offering of solutions with a focus on OTT, video, audio and third party measurement solutions. • Can thrive in past paced dynamic environments, having solid organization, interpersonal and communication and presentation skills in both English and Spanish. • Bachelor’s degree
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in Digital and/or Streaming TV Advertising
- Media sales planning experience
