Prime Video is a first-stop entertainment destination offering customers a vast collection of premium programming in one app available across thousands of devices. Prime members can customize their viewing experience and find their favorite movies, series, documentaries, and live sports – including Amazon MGM Studios-produced series and movies; licensed fan favorites; and programming from Prime Video add-on subscriptions such as Apple TV+, Max, Crunchyroll and MGM+. All customers, regardless of whether they have a Prime membership or not, can rent or buy titles via the Prime Video Store, and can enjoy even more content for free with ads.

As a Prime Video technologist, you’ll have end-to-end ownership of the product, user experience, design, and technology required to deliver state-of-the-art experiences for our customers. In this role, you will support a mission-critical program which enables customers to discover and engage with linear content across free and paid tiers. You will define long term product vision and goals, manage products and programs through their lifecycle, and establish mechanisms to ensure customers receive a high quality, timely, and accurate discovery experience. You will partner with Amazon stakeholders across business and tech to ensure we are building towards common objectives.
The right person for this role is capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels across business, operations, and technology. This individual will have a proven track record of end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, while keeping customer needs in mind at all times.

Key job responsibilities
Partner with international business, marketing, product, and operations teams to grow linear engagement WW
Build and own an international roadmap to guide our engineering and program investments each year
Dive deep with stakeholders to understand what gaps or opportunities need to be solved with tech vs. operational processes
Develop KPIs and reporting mechanisms to understand the impact of product and feature launches on the customer experience (both content partners and watching customers)
About the team
The PV Linear Experience team owns the end-to-end integration of 24x7 TV stations into the Prime Video experience WW. We provide Prime Video viewing customers with access to the broadest selection of linear TV programming, packaged in a trustworthy, relevant, and intuitive discovery experience, ensuring that customers never miss a moment that matters. We enable content owners to reach engaged, diverse, and scaled audiences.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of end to end product delivery experience
- 8+ years of technical product or program management experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
- Experience working with and influencing senior level stakeholders

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $161,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $279,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
