Amazon Fresh is hiring for a Sr. Program Manager, to work on speed programs and topology for the Fresh network. The role requires strong stakeholder coordination and ability to influencing cross functional operational and product teams. About the Role:

We are looking for a talented, smart, and enthusiastic Sr. Program Manager with a strong customer focus to manage speed of deliveries, drive operational excellence and topology planning for Fresh.
Key Responsibilities for this role include:
- Creating rolling day level and site level orders forecast for operational planning
- Coordinating across S&OP and Last Mile operations to deliver on speed goals
- Periodically evaluating topology to improve the quality of service and demand coverage
- Identifying and leading initiatives to reduce fulfillment cost in partnership with operations.
- Influencing the product roadmap to deliver improved speeds and CX.
- Driving complex business analysis that identifies opportunities to improve cost structure and profitability.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- 5+ years of delivering cross functional projects experience
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
