Amazon is looking for a Senior Product Manager who will drive growth-focused strategic initiatives. The Senior PM is constantly innovating on behalf of customers, and you will own the partnerships that get us to the right experience for our customers. You will shape the business needs to make it easier and more rewarding for our customers. You will work closely with both internal and external partnerships to execute the vision you develop. You will coordinate with category teams, marketing teams, and other business stakeholders across the company to bring your vision to fruition. You will monitor and react to customer needs and feedback, improving the customer experience.
Candidates should have strong analytical abilities, comfort with ambiguity, a trust-but-verify mindset, high business judgment, strong influencing skills, a self-starter mindset, and a keen customer focus. This role requires skills at breaking down complex, high-level ideas into executable phases and juggling multiple competing projects and priorities. The ability to influence cross-functionally and across the organization, at all levels, will be absolutely critical to the success in this role.
Key job responsibilities
- Creates long-term category solutions that drive topline growth
- Identify and define the end-to-end experience for parents
- Partner closely with category, finance, engineering, operations, marketing, advertising, and program management to launch products and customer experiences
- Define and lead joint strategies across multiple teams, such as Retail, Ads, Creators
- Drive the strategy to establish Amazon Baby as the information and resource destination for parents to be the one-stop shop
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology
- Strong analytical abilities and oral/written communication skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- MBA
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Thrives in a high-energy, fast-paced environment where tactical and strategic initiatives are driven in parallel

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
