The SPS 3P organization is looking for an Executive Assistant who wants to work on a fast-paced, exciting, and growing team. This person will support the Director of Amazon Haul and Director of NA American Seller Recruitment, based in Seattle, Washington.

This Executive Assistant will be responsible for handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives. Role responsibilities include managing multiple complex calendars, planning and organizing events of all sizes, and coordinating domestic and international travel. This candidate will help build a positive team environment and establish working relationships inside and outside of the group.

About the team: The North American Seller Partner Business (3P) enrolls and engages sellers, building and maintaining relationships, supporting these customers and increasing overall business onsite. Amazon Haul is brand new storefront that is at the forefront of a fun and engaging shopping experience that can only be accessed on the mobile Amazon app. These teams need an EA who is excited for retail and creating new team processes and events.

- Handle confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with SVP+ level offices & senior executives.
- Extremely complex and strategic calendar support.
- Build relationships with EAs across the company and our Legal, Finance, HR, and PR partners.
- Support Directors and teams during PEAK {Prime Days, T12, Holiday} including working longer hours as needed to serve customers.
- Organize team offsites and on-sites multiple times a year.
- Serve as Space POC for multiple locations
- Coordinate international and domestic travel.
- Manage expense report coordination and submission
- Work in-office 5 days a week starting in January 2025 in SLU. No remote exceptions.

A day in the life
• Proactively manage complex calendars to ensure deliverables are met.
• Coordinate calendars across multiple teams to proactively plan for key business cycles.
• Effectively and proactively supporting Directors and other team members.
• Act as a gatekeeper by balancing customer obsession and backbone.
• Ensure timely action by organizing, prioritizing, and addressing sensitive, confidential information and requests.
• Submit expense reports.
• Coordinate global schedules, travel arrangements, and seamless meeting logistics in a cost-effective manner.
• Coordinate closely with Recruiting teams, Facilities team, HR team, and other Executive Assistants within the Finance Operations and the larger Amazon community.
• Drive completion of key deliverables and outstanding items.
• Assist with event coordination (including team meetings and morale events).
• Creatively solve complex problems while building sustainable, scalable mechanisms.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 2+ years of senior level leadership support, or 1+ years of Amazon experience
- High school or equivalent diploma
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with executive level calendar management
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time
- Be able to lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 9 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $50,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $107,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
