In this exciting role, you will be at the forefront of digital commerce, helping businesses thrive in the online marketplace. You'll join a dynamic and passionate team whose mission is to identify companies and work innovatively alongside them to help them succeed in their digital development on Amazon.
What sets our Marketplace teams apart is an unwavering desire to see third-party sellers succeed. Thanks to their dedicated efforts, more than half of the products purchased on Amazon today are sold by third-party sellers through our Marketplace service.
Key job responsibilities
As a New Account Manager, you will:
• Identify and prospect potential companies to join Amazon Marketplace
• Educate businesses on the benefits of selling on Amazon.fr
• Support companies in their launch and growth on our platform
• Build trusting relationships with partner sellers
• Work on key Account Management levers (selection, conversion, international expansion, logistics, promotions, advertising, brand management, etc.) to maximize seller performance across all Amazon Marketplaces in Europe
• Train partner sellers on Seller Central tools to ensure their autonomy
• Manage improvement projects and work on cross-functional initiatives in an international environment
• Achieve objectives for launching new businesses and growing seller revenue

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree from a Business School, Engineering School, or equivalent university education
• Strong interest in the e-commerce sector
• Fluency in French and English
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to adapt to a constantly evolving environment
• Proven ability to influence at all levels within an organization
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Successful commercial experience in managing customer accounts
• Experience in e-commerce, account management, sales, or consulting
• Track record of exceeding targets using a consultative approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail
