We’re looking for a talented, smart, and driven Program Manager to develop new practices within Masterdata Management and Assortment Workflows to deliver best in class assortment to customers in our stores. You will be asked to help develop and execute, deliver on detailed plans, create timelines and communicating mechanisms, establish risks, and lead change management. You will need to thrive and deliver results in an ambiguous, fast-paced, dynamic business environment, balancing tactical and strategic workload in a complex space. You should be comfortable with a degree of ambiguity and pace that’s higher than most projects.

Key job responsibilities
• Develop and own Masterdata Oversight mechanisms. This will entail building a robust masterdata repository (source of truth) that contains accurate attributes (Cost of Goods (COGS), vendor specific data sets, and sourcing) managed to site level granularity.
• Develop mechanisms for assortment workflow management, inclusive of selection hand-off mechanisms that ensure accurate and detailed attribution of product assortment within a global catalog.
• Work with tech and business teams to develop Amazon Catalog onboarding and assortment management practices that scale with business growth.
• Develop positive stakeholder relations to create feedback and communication mechanisms.
• Establish proactive processes within Catalog that allow for product creation and selection maintenance, creating always ready assortment for the business.
• Work closely with Supply Chain and In Stock Management teams to establish mechanisms for reporting and defect mitigation in an ever-changing Global Catalog.
• Dive Deep into data, identifying root causes in defects where you will own resolution of the immediate problem while striving to create scalable solves to prevent recurrence.
• Create reporting mechanisms to support selection projects and overall catalog health.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
