We are looking for a Head of Ad CX Program for Prime Video Advertising to manage a team of strategists and product marketers responsible for defining Ad Rules, CX Metrics and Guardrails, Supply Levers, and House Strategy, delivering data-driven strategic recommendations that allow Prime Video to deliver the most customer-obsessed advertising experience.
This role owns several critical cross-org mechanisms that touch Ads (Publisher Monetization and Supply Forecasting), Marketing (Prime Video and other Amazon teams), and PV Country Business Leads, and will partner closely with the Ad CX Ops, Product and Tech teams to ensure alignment of a holistic approach to managing and optimizing supply in order to protect customer experience, maximize revenue opportunities, and drive O&O marketing impact across all existing and new PVa locales.
This leader will invent, improve and drive Prime Video Ad CX across all of Prime Video’s supply sources (Prime Video Ads, Prime Video Fast, Live Sports, and Prime Video Channels), works on projects that are fast-paced, challenging and brings diverse perspectives, ideas, and skill-sets to make Prime Video even better for our customers.
The position reports to the Director of Ad CX.
Key job responsibilities
This role focuses on Prime Video Ad Customer Experience (CX), with the following responsibilities:
* Establish Ad CX rules and exceptions and optimize advertising inventory utilization by driving a data-driven strategy to expand supply across all existing and new locales.
* Define cohesive metrics and guardrails for Ad CX in collaboration with partner teams (e.g., Ads, Tech, Analytics).
* Establish, refine and execute levers for scaling and optimizing Prime Video ad supply across existing and new regions worldwide.
* Define the strategy for high quality, effective house promotions, owning and/or influencing house product capabilities, tooling, compliance controls, experimentation and data insights.
* Leads Ads CX program reviews with leadership of the end-to-end PV advertising experience and insights.
* Along with the team, proposes and facilitate mechanisms to track, monitor and iterate on success metrics after launching various supply processes and capabilities.
About the team
The Ad CX team at Prime Video Advertising owns ad load configuration for each customer + session to maximize monetization potential while minimizing impact on customer engagement and giving internal marketers opportunity to drive O&O impact.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- 7+ years of team management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience managing teams
- Experience communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
- Experience in media or entertainment
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in inter-team working skills to develop partnership with partner, tech team and operating at leadership levels
- Experience driving supply or demand aspects of advertising or revenue-generating business.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $168,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $278,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
