AWS is looking for world class candidates to develop relationships and manage the success of our Consultant Partners and Technology Partners for multi-cloud business development and sales across global.
Key job responsibilities
As a AWS Training Partner Manager (ATPM) within AWS, you will manage the training business development growth by recruit, enable, develop and co-sale with APN partner’s by providing training solutions, aim to enable APN’s customer with more cloud skill proficiency by blend/customized training products. You will help APN partners on their business growth and cloud transformation by taking customer training as upstream driver, enable APN’s customers for cloud skill proficiency and management confidence, evangelize our strategy and technology, build mind share and grow the market adoption of the AWS technology.
The key responsibilities include owning the AWS- Training Partner relationship management and drive the transformation of partner business and work with All AWS team together for business development at large scale. The ideal candidate will possess a strong partner management or Ecosystem development background, has rich knowhow in helping customer successful in the cloud journey with partner ecosystem together. And the capabilities to build partners/ecosystem to engage closely with partner executives, enables them easily interact and engage partner and customers at execution and operation level. He/she should also have a demonstrated ability on think and build a systematic and strategical way to scale out the communication and enablement in a large scale with the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions. The position also requires a strong communication skill with acumen along to working experience and knowledge of cloud service landscape.

This is a customer facing role. You will be required to travel to client locations and deliver professional services as needed.

The Professional Services team at AWS is responsible for assisting enterprise customers as they shift to the cloud by incorporating our services into their overall architecture. We work hand-in-hand with customer teams and AWS partners to provide deep expertise in the architecture, design, development, and implementation of cloud computing initiatives that result in real business outcomes. As part of our team, you’ll accelerate the adoption of our products all while advocating for the success of our customers.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in online advertising or high-tech products/services
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
