In 2017, we stood up a team in China to drive the awareness, activation, and continued success of China-based sellers advertising in marketplaces worldwide (North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific) via marketing channels, seller education, and product marketing. We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated, Sr. Marketing Manager to drive efficient go-to-market program for Amazon Ads China. The Sr. Marketing Manager will be accountable for go-to-market strategy and operation, with programmatic approach to serve the dynamic customer needs. This person will also work internally in a cross-functional manner, collaborating with channel owners to identify our customer needs and turning it into scalable marketing programs through suitable content and channels. Lastly, the Sr. Marketing Manager will own go-to-market performance measurement, insight discovery and leading team's go-to-market efficiency improvement.

Key job responsibilities
- Understand customer pain points and needs
- Own Sponsored Ads GTM Strategy for prioritized solutions
- Drive partnership with cross-functional teams to create marketing initiatives for target advertisers
- Manage GTM operation plan and guarante content/campaign delivery
- Establish GTM insight sharing mechanism to drive internal efficiency
- Measure GTM performance of marketing initiatives through channel KPIs and impact on business goals(both input level and output level)

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners
- Experience executing scaled marketing campaigns through email or social media
