ABOUT THIS ROLE
Audible is seeking an experienced, proactive, and detail-oriented Coordinator, Digital Asset Ops to facilitate the production and delivery of our growing audiobook catalog, including both traditional recordings and those supported by generative AI (text-to-speech) technology. As the Coordinator, Digital Asset Ops, you will be instrumental in supporting our content production process. You will collaborate with in-house teams, third-party producers, and key stakeholders to help shape and optimize our production workflows and best practices. Your role will focus on managing digital assets throughout the audiobook creation lifecycle, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality output.
As a Coordinator, Digital Asset Ops, you will…
- Provide high-level administrative and organizational support to the production team
- Ensure all production milestones are met and create/update reporting and tracking tools
- Collaborate with the production team to develop clear plans, systems, and processes
- Collaborate with internal teams (asset operations, product, tech) on production administration, queries, and process improvements
- Demonstrate expertise in audiobook asset handling, formatting, editing, and deliverables to ensure a seamless production workflow

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of experience as an Operations or Production Coordinator, or similar role, with administrative experience
- Experience in a media production environment, with a strong focus on audiobook or audio content creation
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with project management tools and software
- Familiarity with audio production software and techniques
- Knowledge of generative AI and text-to-speech technologies in audio production
- Proven expertise in audiobook asset handling, formatting, editing, and deliverables
- Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey information
- Ability to work independently, proactively, and meet deadlines
- Experience with spreadsheet software
