DESCRIPTION

Amazon Finance Operations department seeks a bright, articulated and detail-oriented Japanese speaking Accounts Payable Financial Analyst to play the important role in Japan Accounts Payable Financial Operations Team (A/P). This position will focus on Accounts Payable with a strong emphasis on paying vendors on time and all related activities in order to achieve this mission such as problem resolving and handling inquires and escalations. Furthermore, this position will also support process improvement, controller-ship policies and procedures.

Key job responsibilities
Areas of Responsibilities includes but not limited to:
1. Be responsible for JP Retail AP POR process.
2. Reporting and analyzing data provided by different tools.
3.Answering invoice PQV payment related inquiries from JP Retail vendors.
4. Other works assigned by manager.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

1. Bachelor degree in accounting/finance/Japanese or above
2. 2+ years of finance operations/shared services, Accounts Payable, Account Receivable or General Ledger experience.
3. Knowledge on Outlook, Word and Excel or similar desktop applications.
4. Workable Japanese skill, JLPT-N1 level or above. 5. Ability to speak, read ,write English.
6. Good Communications skills – Written & Verbal.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

1. At least 2 years work experience of using both Japanese (main) and English.
2. Team work ,good communication skills, hardworking and detail oriented.
3. Can work under pressure.
4. Excellent computer skills and attention to detail.
