Senior Program Manager, Amazon Learn
DESCRIPTION
We are the People Experience Foundation (PXF) organization, responsible for building the employee experiences and distributed web services that supports Amazon employees every day by teaching and reinforcing our unique Day 1 culture. We do this through technology solutions powered by data, machine learning and smart automation, that help Amazonians to take actions, guide them through processes, and enable them to self-serve, so that they spend less time in product and more time delivering for customers.
PXF Learn is changing the way Amazonians find and complete training to upskill or meet compliance. We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to join our team and help drive the delivery for some our key programs for Amazon Learn.
Key job responsibilities
- Lead large, complex programs supporting diverse customer populations
- Develop change management communications and effective training and for internal stakeholders and system users.
- Support multiple customer sets by leading voice of the customer mechanisms and customer interactions
- Support product and tech with key feature rollouts
- Communicates status risks, and changes of program milestones to a large user population and senior business leaders
- Surface opportunities to innovate to continuously improve organizational efficiency
- Manage multiple internal and external, cross-functional and globally distributed stakeholders
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Bachelor's degree
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
