Consumer Partnerships Lead, ANZ , Project Kuiper
DESCRIPTION
Project Kuiper is an initiative to launch a constellation of Low Earth Orbit satellites that will provide low-latency, high-speed broadband connectivity to customers around the world. Project Kuiper is looking for a talented individual to lead ANZ Consumer Partnerships. This role is responsible for developing and managing all aspects of Kuiper consumer partnerships—including development, contract negotiations, customer experience, business performance, and end-to-end business operations with partners across Australia and New Zealand. We are looking for someone who will be obsessed with matching our standards for operational excellence with a relentless focus on delighting our customers and identifying mutually beneficial opportunities with our partners. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is comfortable managing a wide range of partners, can manage responsibility for large scale business impact, and can communicate effectively with executive audiences.
Key job responsibilities
* Build and maintain relationships with potential consumer partners, develop and manage partnership opportunities for Kuiper consumer services, negotiate complex agreements.
* Define the long-term strategy and business model for consumer partnerships.
* Work cross-functionally with internal partner teams (GTM, Product, Operations, Marketing, Business Development, Customer Support, Field Services, and Finance) to launch our service and expand our reach to customers, with a deep understanding of how to balance customer and partner interests with internal business needs.
* Develop detailed business cases for new partnership opportunities.
* Develop, implement, and manage sales and distribution processes, systems, and reports to meet the rapid growth of the business, its revenue attainment, and supporting channel development objectives.
* Define an executive relationship strategy, including building a strong working relationship with the senior leadership team for Kuiper and its partners to drive executive business reviews and shape its go-to-market opportunities.
* Participate in Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly Business Reviews, and continuously measure and forecast attainment against goals, utilising various dashboards and tools, and other ad-hoc requests and analysis as needed.
This position may require access to information, technology, or hardware that is subject to export control laws and regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Employment in this position is contingent upon obtaining any required export licenses or other approvals from the United States government. As such, the successful candidate must be eligible to obtain any necessary export licenses or approvals based on their nationality, citizenship, and any other factors considered by the applicable export control regulations.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- 5+ years of managing ongoing business relationships with partners experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years in technology, media, or telecommunications; satellite internet; or subscription services
